Watermelon Mascarpone Popsicles

Blend watermelon chunks, mascarpone cheese and basil until smooth. Place in popsicle molds and freeze overnight. Allow popsicle to thaw before removing from mold and enjoy!
- 2.5 cups watermelon, cubed
- ¼ cup mascarpone cheese
- Handful of fresh basil, finely chopped
- 1 tbsp agave
